Field inspection app
Capture the property. Sync it before you leave the driveway.
Foundation is the on-site inspection app for residential appraisal teams. It is powered by MethodApp and connected to the same Method workspace that manages your orders and inspections.
Contact supportWork the order on site
Open the assignment on your phone or tablet, walk the property, and record what the report needs while you are still standing in the room.
Photos, notes, and details
Capture the subject as you see it — rooms, condition, and field notes — instead of reconstructing the visit from memory later.
Syncs back to Method
Inspection data lands in the Method workspace this office already uses, so production can start before the inspector is back at a desk.
Built for appraisal work
Foundation is the field app for MethodApp, not a generic checklist tool. It follows the same orders and inspections your team already runs.
Who it is for
Appraisers, trainees, and inspection staff at firms that run Method. Access is issued by your office — Foundation is not a consumer download for browsing listings. If you already have an assignment, this is the app you take into the field.
